Strange popup

On my forums, everyonce in a while when you click on a thread a popup will come up and say Please input your name and password. and it will have a web address that says "isayeret.com" Anyone know...

Works great but why can only certain usergroups see it? I have some usergroups that can see it and some that can't. Unregisterd users can see it too.
