I have the issue as well - usergroups are set to "no"

no reason is being left for editing - still showing "last edited by" on SOME posts. I don't know if it's a time...

if it is just a color change, and nothing else, that is ridiculous. You are able to change the colors yourself in the admin cp by literally just clicking color boxes to any color you'd like.
