How to set public group to need request for memebership

I am trying to use the public groups feature but I cannot figiure out how to get the group set so that it needs to be approved in the join requests section.

Any help would be awesome

Dual separate registrations needed for same forum.

I have a forum that we primaraly use for technical support and it is private. You must first register, telling us things like when you purchased what you purchased etc.

Right now the whole forum...

Default to ignore on Users awaiting moderation

I would like to change the default on my "useers awaiting moderation" page to ignore. Does anyone know how I can do that....in laymans terms :cool:

Hide (mask) Faq from certain Groups

Is there a way or hack to hide the faq to certain groups. We do tech support and some information we only provide after the sale.
