Custom vB Skins?

im after a custom vB skin, no anyone cheap good and can do vb 3.5 RC3

i presume if i have one made now for RC3 it wil be fine and work ok with the full finaly release of 3.5?

for 1 or 2 of our members it doesnt show warn this member in post, well it does but only on there very first post in that thread anything after and it does not show, but all new members and a few old...

for the warn user its showing up on all new members that join but not to those who were on...

when i want to wanr a member for a certain post it doesnt show the link above there post to warn them, it does for 1 user which i warned but now the link to warn view warnings etc does not show up in...
