Moderator Warning

I'd like someone to make this hack, maybe a plugin or product.

That allows moderators / administrators to send warning messages to users, it then goes to the user and the next time the user loads...

Just my general thought, but in vb2 it is ALOT...

Just my general thought, but in vb2 it is ALOT easier to make schemes, you simply have to change the header to your choice, and have the right graphics and HTML Codes. (This is in my view).
