I tried moving my images from the db to the fs and it seems that only about half of the images show up. It did create all the images in a folder, but in the garage there are just a ton of them that...

ok. I see it now. I also use SmartFTP and when I drop a folder to my FTP site it creates that folder and all subfolders for me. Try again just dropping the folder.

I have no such folder. I just uploaded the install folder and my FTP app creates all folders and sub folders and uploads all files.

The contents of the upload folder is an "install" folder and a "shoutbox.php". Just place them in your fourms folder.

Same problem for me. It installed fine and the options for the shoutbox are in my Admin CP, but I don't see a shout box. It is turned on in the CP.
