Yup! Built, and tested 100%, it basically uses Perl DBI/DBD, SMTP and Date modules. Used MySQL query date and time functions.

The EMAIL and BIRTHDAY template files say more...

Thanks for the response, but I dont believe there is anything in vb to ban "partial" (just part of the word, I mean).

Censor in content only works on full words, while you can specify usernames...
