How do I reject people who sign up?

It sure would be nice when you click the "3 users...

It sure would be nice when you click the "3 users awaiting .." link to have somethign there to reject them just like you can validate them. Is there a hack out there for this by chance?

I added an include statement in the index.php file of VBULLETIN. It is a .htm with some rollovers and javascript. I get the following error when loading the index.php page:
