Found this in the templates for the hack. Template "rpg_clan_incmems" for what I see is used to increase members and refers to a clanupgrade.php. This is an old template or is it being used...

well seeing my board still small and every member can create a clan... how about an option in the admincp to turn on and off clan creation by users, that way to incentivate new members to join clans...
