dbtech_usertag_memberinfo_block_quote
dbtech_usertag_memberinfo_block_tag

and these tabs no longer...

Only the site admin sees the site in maintenance mode. I'd probably not +++++ about an aesthetic issue that no-one will ever see beyond the admin.
