I'll admit my fault, since I share blame in this whole cluster****. In my ignorance, I did not rationalize that I had to open up the xml file and fix the case-sensitivity of the "vBulletin" line. ...

You know... I looked at that specific post at least a dozen times, and it never clicked. I was assuming, through an older version, that the actual xml file once had "vBulletin" in the name of it......
