Got a question regarding custom templates

Im fairly good at php, mysql, as well as HTML, JS and so forth..

I was wondering if there was any tutorial or resource available that states the different templates used by vB and their scheming..

Question for upgrade from IPB 1.3 to vB 3

We finnally decided to buy vB instead of IPb but have few questions...

1. We have ibProArcade, will it be possible to convert the data from ipb's db into vb's db so we can use it with ibProArcade...
