No, I doubt it is true. Even if it was, that was created back in may and we've had 2-3 upgrades in the forum software since therefore possibly eliminating this problem. Also nobody replied to that...

Did you delete the config file and then reupload a new one with the correct settings? Or did you just overwrite? Make sure to edit the latest config file too which is initially named config.php.new...
