How can i add <H1> html tag in the showthread between Navbar and Posts ?

I would like to add a <h1> tag with the same text of the page (the thread) title

how can i do this ?

i'm looking for a Photo Gallery that works with php SAFE MODE ON

i've installed many scripts but i always get the SAFE MODE ON error

i have a custom style and the vBadvanced CMPS page loads very slowly , instead the forum loads fast as usually.
