Make BB code a usergroup permission

I need to make BB code only available to certain usergroups. Of course I'd also like to restrict the standard/enhanced editor to these usergroups.

Anyone got any ideas on the best way to approach...

I need to import a database of usernames and passwords into a new vB installation. The passwords are encrypted using perl like so:
