basically yes. i remember a VB forum i was on around 2004-2005 had one working. based on the response here im guessing it was only for a very outdated version of vbulletin

i use a seperate file uploader from the one in vbulletin, just because it is way more practical for my site. i would like to make it so when you click the "Manage Attachments" button on the post...
