Ahhhh. Ok. Well... I found another way. Did the whole "Language Options" thing and made sure there was a , and a . in the right place. That worked. So our problems must not have been related. :)

It resulted in true for everyone on my forums... even the people who were NOT members of group 9. Did I do something wrong?
