As a workaround while YouTube's API changes are digested I found that unticking "Extract Info" for the YouTube definitions allowed new videos to be embedded again. No titles or anything but at least...

Not sure if this has always been the case but you'll also need to include 'includes/functions_bbcodeparse.php' to get that function.
