When I installed it looked fine on my forums, but when viewing a thread it wouldn't show the sidebar and wouldn't show any of the thread content. Just the forum information, header, and footers.

Getting the selected value on a dropdown menu

This is for vb2.3.x in case it matters.

Turns out the latest threads had an IF statement...
