Send PMs to Admins and Mods only?

I was wondering if a hack like this already exists? I can't seem to find it...

I want the ability for Admins and Mods to be able to send users PMs, and the users to be able to PM Admins and Mods....

Yep, I saw that too. If a user submits a quiz with ' in them, and I go to moderate the submission, it gives a server PHP/mySQL error... can't seem to approve the submitted quix.

My fault, it's working. Just when I made a ticket myself as Admin, and then replied to it as Admin, I didn't get the PM... odd. But others have got reply PMs.

*still awaits PM to notify staff of...
