Ignoring Thread Post Count?? VB 3.5.4

Hello Friends..

I have a very difficult problem!
I want to disregard a thread's post count for all users who posted/replied in it!
The big prob is...i cant ignore the entire forums post count!...

But when someone uses change other users custom avatar...
First of all it deducts points from the target users account instead of the one who changes......

Dropdown Hidden

I just inserted Ads in my forum and the STORE dropdown is getting hidden behind that!
Can anyone suggest a fix for this?
The ads are flash based!
