I have vb 4.2.5 installed in a sub domain but it is only displaying text no formatting. yes the url are set properly and even .htaccess iis set to use https

what could cause this

left click foes not work

when left clicking on reply to thread or edit post, it does not work. but when right click / open in new tab it works
