I tried to install this. It created a space on the left side of the page, but nothing appeared in the space. I am running 3.0.7

I did enter some content, but nothing showed up. Can someone help...

I know it worked once before....Because after the problem I had with people not receiving the confirmation emails, I changed the setting, and emailed everyone to let them know I had changed it.......
