Quick Style chooser

because when i took out ONLY that piece of code, the shoutbox wored perfectly. and the code is placed in the last line of my headinclude like the instructions say.

update notice in admincp

i have 3.0.7 right now and in my admincp, there is that box that tells me that there is a newer version 3.0.8. i dont want to upgrade and i dont want to look at that box everytime i go to my admincp....
