Help with the 60 second post issue

Seen a lot of post on this, yet no real how to to get it fixed. Anyone out there that knows how to fix this issue, it is only a single user with the issue that I can see. Paid support is fine.....

I have version 3.8.8 and the outgoing emails have stopped working. I test then with the maintenance/Diagnosis and it tells me to check the mail server to ensure it is configured correctly to allow...
