But if you ignore someone, you NEVER EVER see him chats.

What if someone wants to cancel that ignore choose?
There are no cancel buttons.

I have given the visitors write permissions.

How do I activate them also BBCodes : picture , video and smilies?

many forum guest can use bbcodes.

That information comes profile quotepages, and also top of the forum in your notice...
