I have had the 'Test the IP address against the StopForumSpam database' disabled, but it continues banning, now, dozens of legit members.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Removing Banned IP Addresses

Hi,

I often have legit members whose IP's have been banned. How do I take their IP's off S-O-M banned IP list?

Users IP's being banned

Hi,

I am getting emails from users that their IP's are banned, but the IP's are not on the IP banned list.

We are using Spam-O-Matic, vBulletin 4.2.2

Anyone have this issue?
