New member registration email

When I get an email that a new member has signed up, the link that would go to their profile is not complete. It only takes me to the website and not the profile. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I was able to get it. I switched vBulletin to the file system first and then imported the attachments. That seemed to work. Thanks for the help.
