So has this been done in VB4? If so, I am willing to just downgrade until vb5 sorts themselves out.

Hi Guys,

We have an internal corporate board and we would like to have a plugin that would send out an email to the "registered users" group whenever a new topic is created in a specific channel....

Yes, a plugin would be needed then but the group option sounds perfect! I could just add all the users to a group but now to find someone to build the plugin :(
