Get "Connection Reset" (Firefox) and "Page Not Found" (IE8). Safari works (for posting). Cannot use quick-reply in FF or IE either.

The navbar is useful, but it irritates me beyond belief to edit it. Is there a mod that puts a friendly, easy-to-use face on the navbar for editing that works with 3.7.2?

Is there some script to take a vB forum and dump the contents into static HTML pages (for archival purposes)? I asked at vBulletin.com and this is legal as long as no vBCode is used in the HTML.
