i am missing the upload files button... got...

i am missing the upload files button... got vbulletin 4.2, everything is installed fine... i am admin and gave me all permissions... do i have to give something chmod ?

guys i got some trouble, i uploaded all from upload directory right and installed the lvl 2.xml , its is shown in addons in vbulletin but i can´t see lvl or points or a panel for the addon...
