logout problem in 3.0.6

i had the 3.0.0 and i upgraded it to 3.0.6 a long time ago...

since that time my members (including me) cannot logout!

We receive this message

what i did wrong was that i removed the...

what i did wrong was that i removed the 'caneditownusernotes' => 131072 part and i simply replaced it with 'canvbgarage' => 262144 which was wrong...

i should add it after that...
