SQL Error after removing an addon

I installed an addin using the plugin system on vb. Didn't like it and removed it. Ever since, whenever I try to make most changes in the admin panel (noticed it first when trying to edit usergroups)...

Message to appear for non-logged in users only?

I want to display a message on my forumhome, but only for users who are not signed in/not registered.

Like a "please remember to register" style message.

This mod is for removing the post icons selection from replies. You can only choose a post icon, when starting a new thread. This is handy for forums which use topic/category titles as post icons.
