That would only work if that user was the thread creator, wouldn't it ?
If the usergroup make a post in the thread, and choose a usergroup specific icon, it wouldn't overwrite whatever icon was used...

I have a adminfunctions_reputation.php and a reputation.php but neither contain the function needed to replace..
