I've followed tut's on youtube about changing the banner. I've uploaded a .png file through filezilla just like i did when i changed my logo but it will not change it. I select it through the admin...

I installed the patch, but still the same...

I installed the patch, but still the same results. In the insert image box, im able to browse for a photo but once i select one, the upload box/link is missing so i dont have a way to upload it.

Insert Image issue

When i try to attach an image in a thread, i can select it but the " upload " box or link is missing. I've googled all night and cannot find a fix, its weird.
