Server crashed, the RAID1 has lost both disk. Recreating the whole site from backups.

But to be honest, I don't have much time for doing support, also the further development is on ice.

That's right, under Manage Custom Points you can give the users extra points, even take away points from them by putting negative values in it. I'm using it on some forums for myself to deduct points...

Very strange, as this should reset all points.

Giving points to all users should be possible with a plugin, would require some work at it.

UPDATE xperience_stats SET points_shop=0

and run recount.
