Pull posts with specified prefix

I have a prefix for weekly topics. I would like to display the three latest threads with that prefix at the top of FORUMHOME. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it!

Sidebar widget: Recent posts with specific prefix

One of my forum's prefixes is for "Hot Debate" topics, and I'd like the first widget on the sidebar to be the most recent "Hot Debate" topics.

I'm wondering if there's an easy way to do this?
