CMS: Remove sub-navigation bar

I'd like to remove the sub-navigation bar - has the red line through it in the screenshot. I'd like to keep it only for the "Forum" section though, is there a way I can turn it off for the other...

CMS | Error After Search

This message appears after you do a search on the site, see http://www.joestocks.com. Any ideas on how to fix? I can try uninstalling "No Spam" but I'd like to leave it in if at all possible.

CMS / Adding a new page

So by default, the menu shows: What's New, Articles, Forum, Blogs. I want to add an About and FAQ page. Is this possible with the CMS or any mods that you know of?
