Like the Vbulletin Member Thing

Ok I am looking for a hack that would make it so that the users have to have the same e-mail address as in a table. If not it will show up and say Unlicenced member when they post.

I used the installer included (ushop_install.php)
What is the exact error you recieve?
If I go to the shop or any other page it says like no actions...
