Is there a place where it explains how reputations point system works?

How do you Embed Facebook Videos into a post?

I have clicked the video icon within the post and added the link to the facebook video to embed but it just shows a link?

I turned the attachment feature off inside the user group management. It won't allow you to see it but will allow you to click on it and show the attachment. You may think about adding that feature....
