Can you stop quoting notifcations in a forum?

Is there a way to stop users receiving notifications in specific forum?

Notification plugin I'm using is Dragonbyte-Tech: vBNotifications.

I've seen it before definatly however now can't find it. I had a plugin where you could choose the order of the objects on showgroups.php - Can anyone help me?

When you go to give a user a warning/infraction. All the items are in a random order, is there a way to prevent this? I've tried adding ''1. ect..'' infront of them, but nothing. I've seen it done...

Is there a plugin so when you ban someone it creates a thread in a specified lounge with who did it and the reason? I've seen this before.. or is this a setting?

I've been waiting for my account to be licensed all day, how come it hasen't happend? It's been added to the vB Account. How long does this take?
