I still need a way to redirect banned IP addresses. As I ban almost 30 full ranges and approx 50-60 partial ranges some of those may be legitimate users. I need a way to redirect them to a page...

The issue regarding your URL is because the index of forum is setup to be set via your admincp. So if you have CMS enabled that would be your index. The true index of the forum is forum.php

This would be a handy feature. However you can also do this yourself with very minimal MySQL knowledge via PHPMyAdmin.

It would be a very handy addition the the actual mod though.
