Whoops! I should have closed this thread a while ago! Anyway, there is a conversion of VeloCD's mod over at https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=110362. Its for vb 3.5.x, but it works...

Does this hack allow you to send HTML-based Newsletters, and can it send to members of a secondary usergroup? Because those abilities would be ULTRA useful! :)

It sounds like a nice idea... but I'd find it super annoying if a bot kept joining and leaving the channel every 15 mins. Is there any way to make it persistent?
