When a non-registrered user tries to view certain areas of my forum, he/she is prompt with an vBulletin Message. So far so good. But, I would like to put a picture they instead of the standard text....

In vBulletin admincp it is possible to send e-mails to users. But which users recieves the emails? Only the ones that have checked "Recieve mail from administrators" or is it all the users regardless...
