Two vbulletin forums able to merge posts

I have two versions of vbulletin for the message board that I administrate.

One version we are on vbulletin 3.8.9, and the other is on vbulletin 4.2.2.

I have data on both boards that I'd like...

Exporting users, posts, threads, and attachments

I'm wanting to go from 4.2.2 back down to 3.8.7 because of a certain custom style/theme that was used on the 3.8.7 version.

Is there a simple way to modify the 3.8.7 style/theme to work on 4.2.2...

Header images modification

I'm trying to fix the two trike images in my header on my forum that should be all on the same row, with it being - left image, tpc trikes banner, right image.
