When some one donates, it's not set to auto accept and auto update on the donations list.

Once I have confirmed payment I then approve there...

I have many user ranks that we use in the form of "years of service" "games played" etc ect.

All ranks are tied into user groups and all is good.

What I am struggling to do is get these Ranks...
