I just noticed the warning options are not saving...

I just noticed the warning options are not saving into the database.

The warning types are though.

Any ideas?

This is a bug in the arcade hack. If the "shortname" of the game in the database starts with a number (ex:1,2,3,4,5,etc...) you will get that error. There is nothing wrong with the game itself.
