I've tried that too, but that's not the problem...

I've tried that too, but that's not the problem anyway, or users wouldn't show up when the board is shut off either. When the board is shut off, all those users show up at "unknown locations"....

The problem is that users on non-VB pages aren't showing up there unless the board is...

WOL on non-VB pages; Only works when board shut off?

I have the following included at the top of every non-VB page on my site:

chdir("/home/virtual/site1/fst/var/www/html/forums");
require_once("./global.php");

//grab various $bbuserinfo,etc...

Any idea why this wouldn't work? I have global included on every page in my site (and have login avail. on them), but users don't show up on the Whos Online bit until they actually go into the forums.

VB's global is breaking GET vars in non-VB page

I've added global.php to a non-VB page to get some $bbuserinfo info (which is working) out of the forum and it's breaking GET variables on all my pages.

It doesn't matter what they are either.. be...
