And you may also have to set the size of attachments in the Style Variable Editor...

OK well I don't know how to fix that problem, maybe tell your members not to use external thumbnails or put another link under it to the full size image.

This doesn't seem to be working too well on 4.1.10, for some reason it will not remember the settings for being closed and always opens again, uninstalled till there is a fix :(
