Delete in postbit + Only seen by admins / mods of that forum

Well, the title explains it all. I'd want a button on the postbit template so that admins and mods (of that forum) could delete that post instead of having to go all the way into "Edit" and all that....

Remove costum user titles and replace them with there corresponding 'real titles'?

I mean, is there a way to completely wipe all of your users 'costum titles' and replace them with the 'real title' (the ones you set in the CP) and it be corresponding to the post count of the user...

I need hack...
